Job Summary：
To be responsible for local contract manufacturer researching and developing, full communicate with Dallas contract service team to develop new resource and manage the CM cost, CM capacity and keep sustainable and reliable supply for China market demand.
Job Responsibility：
1. According to company strategy, focus on the key subcontractors capacity and capability to make the sustainable, reliable, and timely supply.
2. To keep record on subcontractor performance OTIF & Quality and evaluate and find subcontractor improvement opportunity to have the contract service to be flexible and more efficiency.
3. According to working process, research and verify the feasibility of project, and phase in new subcontractors and keep suppliers performance good.
4. To justify we getting reasonable price with ownership cost.
5. As a coordinator to assist Brand Manager creates project time line and execution, provide internal customer with golden rule service and 100% on time.
Job Requirement：
1. Bachelor Degree or above.
2. More than 3 year purchasing experience，have project management experience.
3. Active and Innovative attitude, Team Work Skill, and Good communication skill.
4. Fluent oral and written English.
