1) Evaluate the ability of suppliers to respect constraints in terms of costs, deadlines, quality and co-development;
2) Negotiate the best purchasing conditions taking into account technical and sales targets and conclude contractual agreements;
3) Define a plan for the reduction of the number of suppliers consistent with the panel management defined by the Purchasing manager;
4) Ensure the interface between suppliers, production, sales, research and development and industrialization;
5) Tooling & Equipment order follow up and cross dept coordination involvement.
6) Productivity action plan leader to achieve VA/VE improvement from responsible suppliers.
7) Purchasing index report consolidation and action follow up.8)Find qualified supplier as the requirements of Non-Production purchasing request, send RFQ to supplier, supplier evaluation, RFQ follow-up, price negotiation
