Job Responsibilities:
Supplier audit
Supplier qualification
First Article Approval
Supplier rating
Supplier development
Supplier disqualification
Handle incoming daily issues&ensure incoming parts and components meet specifications&requirements
Develop Inspection Instructions,Checklist,Procedures and etc to facilitate inspection activities
Resolve material quality with vendor&follow-up with Corrective Action
Monitor major vendors performance&drive for continuous improvement
Chair Material Review Board
Ensure all in-house equipments due for calibration are properly recalled&calibrate
Work together with customer to improve incoming material quality to ensure upstream quality.
Perform daily SPC monitoring and push for improvement.
Lead audit team to perform clean room environment control,contamination,ESD control.
Work with related department to enhance internal supplier chain quality control.
Requirement:
More than five years Process Engineering/Quality Control experience in ESD/cleanroom production
Understand ISO,QS and TS16949 is necessary and 6sigma is a plus;
Utilizing capability studies,design&process FMEA,APQP,SPC,DOE,gage R&R,and other quality tools
Good speaking,reading,listening and writing in English
