杭州睿博水电科技有限公司（供应商开发工程师Supplier Development Engineer）

岗位主要职责：
1、根据公司产品特点，收集、识别和筛选潜在的供应商，并定期向公司管理层提交相关的潜在供应商分析报告；
2、与各功能部门合作，通过实地考察、RFQ、业绩、技术审核和首件生产来评估供应商；
3、负责供应商信息的研究（包括问卷调查、原始信息表格、风险评估等）；
4、对所开发的供应商进行管理，联合采购质量工程师（SQE）对供应商实绩进行跟踪；参与供应商的业绩改进；
5、编制和维护供应商发展行动计划（需要供应商改进的行动计划）；
6、准备和维护与供应商相关的数据库，对供应商资质记录进行密切的跟踪和管理；
7、编制针对我们产品的供应商战略性指导文件；
8、编制投标用供应商资质文件。
9、定义战略供应商发展规划和专门的项目计划。
10、其它相关的工作。

资格要求：
-大学本科，机械工程或相关专业毕业，具有良好的技术经验和能力；
-流利的英语交流能力；
-在采购、车间生产、工程设计或质量管理方面具有三年及以上实际工作经验，具有水电行业经验者优先；
-具有供应商开发和甄别方面的经验；
-能读懂我公司的产品图纸；
-具有团队合作的精神；
-具有生产技术知识，如铸件、锻件、机加工和热处理等
-有较强的避免利益冲突的能力

Key　Responsibilities
1.Search，identify　and　filtrate　potential　suppliers　according　to　our　products，and　periodically　submit　analysis　reports　of　potential　suppliers　to　the　company　management；
2.Working　closely　with　the　relevant　departments，evaluate　suppliers　though　visit，RFQs，reference　lists，technical　audit　and　first　piece　production；
3.Responsible　for　initial　supplier　contact　and　supplier　information　research（supplier　questionnaire；initial　contact　forms，risk　analysis，etc.）
4.Manage　the　suppliers　and　closely　track　suppliers’performances，and　participate　improvements　on　suppliers’performances；
5.Make　and　maintain　action　lists　for　supplier　development（List　of　actions　that　supplier　needs　to　do　to　improve）；
6.Prepare　and　maintain　supplier　data　base，and　keep　track　of　qualification　records　for　suppliers
7.Make　a　supplier　strategy　document，indication　which　supplier　we　have　available　for　each　product　we　deliver
8.Make　supplier　presentation　which　can　be　included　in　bids.
9.Define　strategic　supplier　development　programs　and　specific　projects
10.Other　relevant　tasks.

Requirements：
Requirements：
-Bachelor　degree　in　mechanical　engineering　or　relevant　with　good　technical　experience　and　ability；
-Minimum　3　years　relevant　experience　in　purchasing，process/manufacturing，engineering　or　quality　management；hydro　equipment　industry　preferred；
-Ability　to　understand　and　interpret　technical　drawings；
-Experience　in　interdisciplinary　team　work；
-Knowledge　about　production　techniques　like　forging，casting，machining　and　heat　treatment；
-Knowledge　of　supplier　development　and　supplier　classification；
-Fluent　level　of　English（Spoken　and　written）；
-Good　planning　and　organization　skills
