＊To secure production needs and control the purchasing budget of Changshu plant and maximize the use of local resources＆supplies to reduce the cost.
保证生产需要和控制常熟工厂的采购预算，以及本地化采购资源和供应商的最大化，减少成本。
＊Sourcing，building，keep suppliers’files and update in time
负责搜集、建立、保存供应商文件档案并随时更新
＊Purchasing raw and sub－components according to material plan
负责按物料采购计划采购生产用原辅物料以及非生产性物料
＊File and keep the contract and negotiate the price，follow and trace the goods and handle the payment.
负责采购合同的拟定、保管及价格的谈判，催货以及货款的处理
＊Optimize the supplier chain and reduce the purchasing cost，handle the quantity Exception
优化采购渠道，降低采购成本，进料品质、数量异常处理
＊Maintain and assess the supplier relationship management.
供应商关系的维护及考核

Other Skills＆Others
其他技能或要求
1）熟练OFFICE操作，特别是EXCEL操作；
2）对ERP系统熟系，懂SAP者优先考虑；
3）逻辑性非常强；
4）本科以上学历；
5）英语熟练者优先考虑。
