Roles and Responsibilities :
Reach goals concerning delivery, quality, capacity, and costs
Work in interdisciplinary Teams, e.g. Development-, Manufacturing-, Fin, -Quality Departments and Suppliers
Prepare, send out follow up RfQs, evaluate quotations, prepare sourcing decisions
Evaluate new and current Chinese/International suppliers. (e.g. LEB)
Yearly cost reduction to be achieved
Tracking of CR, Delivery and Quality
Work according to RB-Purchasing-Manual
Market investigation and research to identify new suppliers for indirect material (Standard-Items, Drawing Parts)
Develop new and actual suppliers, preferred local
Purchasing Planning (Strategy, Quantity, Pricing)
Yearly Price Negotiation and project related negotiation
Release order as per required specification, tracking the orders to timely meet production on schedule, tracking of the quality performance
Follow up the orders and ensure closure of supplier actions
Qualification Requirement :
Language:Fluent in spoken and written Chinese + English or English + German
Job Relevant Knowledge:good technical and/ or commercial background;related studies like industrial engineer, mechanical engineer, economics;good international trading background;purchasing/ logistic experience;
Work Experience:Project management, production processes (mechanical: cutting, grinding, deburring; chemical: surface treatment, injector molding, rubber; material: casting, heat treatment, forging), buyer with technical experience, RfQ/CoQ experience and as project manager, preferred in automotive experience.
