Job Duties:
- Manage and Fulfill Delivery Orders:
- Order receiving, track and trace, till POD signed and returned
- Coordination with Customer, Carrier, End Receiver and relevant internal colleagues
- Trouble shooting and Emergency Response
- Daily / Weekly / Monthly Reporting as required
- Billing and Payment Collection
- Manage and develop carriers to ensure service and quality
- KPI Reporting and analysis
- Attendance of review meeting with both Customer and Carriers
- Process Engineering to ensure efficiency, with involvement of Operation Development colleagues
- Adjustment of Pricing upon actual change, with involvement of Business Development colleagues
Job Requirements: - Bachelor degree in logistics/SCM, operations management, engineering, business management or similar preferred - 3-4 years hands on experience on transportation operation or related - Efficient communicator, quick learner, and strong execution capability- Good MS office in Word, Excel, and Powerpoint - Fluent in English and Chinese
