Major Responsibilities
- Integrate and perform contributively in Suzhou sales team while keeping in line with DACHSER GROUP strategy and general policy；
- Develop to the best of his ability，his own client portfolio and overall business activity，air-freight and sea-freight，import and export；
- Generate sales leads for companies of the group and affiliates，and handle，monitor and follow-up sales leads generated by the Dachser Group of companies and its affiliates；
- Handle in an accurate，professional and responsible manner in his daily tasks and duties，and provide the Management of the Company with accurate and regular activity reports；
- Support the implementation of the Group strategic decision related to the sales activity of the Company in China；
- Develop and optimize the profitability of the North China region and overall sales activity；
- Keep in complete secrecy all confidential information received in the course of his duty from the Management of the company or other sources；
- Under any circumstances，to give a quality image of his belonging to the DACHSER GROUP Enthusiasm，Professionalism，Straightforwardness.
Key Qualifications
- College or/and above
- 3 years work experience in international freight forwarder as sales staff
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Skilful in office software
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Strong independently problem solving capabilities
- High integrity
- Team player
