Major Responsibilities
- Integrate and perform contributively in Suzhou sales team while keeping in line with DACHSER GROUP strategy and general policy;
- Develop to the best of his ability,his own client portfolio and overall business activity,air-freight and sea-freight,import and export;
- Generate sales leads for companies of the group and affiliates,and handle,monitor and follow-up sales leads generated by the Dachser Group of companies and its affiliates;
- Handle in an accurate,professional and responsible manner in his daily tasks and duties,and provide the Management of the Company with accurate and regular activity reports;
- Support the implementation of the Group strategic decision related to the sales activity of the Company in China;
- Develop and optimize the profitability of the North China region and overall sales activity;
- Keep in complete secrecy all confidential information received in the course of his duty from the Management of the company or other sources;
- Under any circumstances,to give a quality image of his belonging to the DACHSER GROUP Enthusiasm,Professionalism,Straightforwardness.
Key Qualifications
- College or/and above
- 3 years work experience in international freight forwarder as sales staff
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Skilful in office software
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Strong independently problem solving capabilities
- High integrity
- Team player
