Job　Description-Responsible　for　developing　and　implementing　the　company‘s　production　planning　control　function-Manage　the　capacity　leveling　and　ensure　an　effective　and　realistic　production　plan-Interface　with　Logistics，Customer　Service，Production　and　other　relevant　departments/managers　on　issue　affecting　the　delivery　and　execution　to　requirements　and/or　agree　plan-Effectively　manage　inventory　to　meet　agreed　targets　on　turn-rates　and　fill-rates-Drive　change　and　continuous　process　improvement
Position　Requirement-University　graduate　or　equivalent，fluent　spoken　and　written　English-Min. 5　years　in　Supply　Chain　related　function　in　an　international　operating　manufacturing　company-Special　expertise　and　personal　capabilities　which　are　particularly　demanded-Ability　to　work　in　an　international　environment　with　both　internal　and　external　parties-Prior　Production　and　Material　Planning　Management　experience-Proven　ability　to　prioritize　actions　with　strong　follow-up　abilities-Excellent　communication　skills-both　written　and　oral，able　to　work　under　pressure-Expertise　in　SAP
