职位描述:
1、负责维系客户，负责制定品牌广告执行计划，监督实施方案全过程；
2、负责管理和培训部门人员，安排并指导部门日常工作；
3、建设和建立与相关部门的良好协作关系，协调日常工作配合；
4、监控实施质量，及时根据客户要求和情况变化，提出解决方案，向客户提供专业服务；
5.、具有的积极市场洞察力和准确的客户分析能力，强烈地时间观念和服务意识。
职责要求：
1、本科以上学历，英语六级以上，优秀的中英文表达及书写能力；
2.、5年以上广告行经验，具4A公司或国内知名广告公司从业背景；
3.、熟悉广告行业流程，杰出的领导和管理能力。
Responsibilities：
Manage Marketing and PR campaigns and events from planning，execution to follow-up work
Develop and maintain good working relationship with clients and media
To participate in business pitches and write up of proposals
Plan，implement and coordinate different communications programs including print materials production，advertising and branding campaign，event management，etc.
Requirements：
University graduate in Communications，Journalism，PR，Marketing or related disciplines
Working experience in advertising or marketing field preferable
Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin Chinese
Well organized，have excellent attention to detail and good communications skills
Pleasant，has initiative，self-motivated，responsible and a good team player
Familiar with MS Office
At least 1-3 years sound working experience in public relations，communications and event management，experience in advertising is an advantage
