Qualification资质要求：
1、Junior　college　degree，major　in　engineering，preferably　in　electric　or　mechanical　engineering
2、At　least　three　years　working　experiences，
3、Familiar　with　mechanical＆electronic　and　EHS　issues
4、Well　organized　and　good　negotiation　capacity
5、Familiar　with　EXACT　system，and　good　ERP　operation
6、Good　English　and　Computer　skills　preferred，
7、Flexible　in　working　time　and　ready　to　work　during　weekend
工程专业大专学历，电气工程或机械工程专业优先
3年以上相关工作经验
熟悉机械、电气相关设备和安全方面的要求
良好的组织能力和谈判能力
熟悉EXACT或其他ERP操作系统
英语、电脑熟练
能接受灵活的工作时间且必要时能在周末继续工作任务
Responsibilities　and　duties：工作职责
1、Manage　the　spare　parts　sourcing　in　China
2、Cooperate　purchasing　manager　to　source　equipment
3、Ensure　good　follow-up　of　equipment　purchase　during　the　whole　process，including　tech　specs，timing，negotiations，contracts，manufacturing，quality　control，delivery，storage，commissioning　and　payment
4、Manage　the　budget　of　the　equipment　purchase
5、Coordinate　with　internal　related　department.
6、Other　task　assigned　by　line　leader

协助采购经理进行设备采购
及时跟踪设备采购的进展，包括确认货物规格，进度计划，与供应商谈判，签订合同，产品制造，质量控制，设备发运，仓储，试运行，付款
管理设备采购的预算
与相关部门的协调合作
领导安排的其他任务
