ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1: Initiate and implement purchasing projects, conduct supplier and buyer market research, negotiate prices and capacities, handle all purchasing related issues.
2: Lead the team to handle delivery and quality problems. Try to exceed the expectation of customers in terms of better quality and quicker delivery.
3: Save costs for suppliers and customers.
4: Maintain the relationship with suppliers and customers in a nice way.
SKILLS/BACKGROUND/QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
1: Strong experience in sales and sourcing, experience with die casting parts is a must.
2: Good communication and negotiation skills, teamwork player.
3: Self starter, target oriented.
4: English Written Proficiency, and Spoken Fluency.
5: PC skill, knowledge of CAD is prefered.
