职位描述:
Summary Description: Work in CTU1 located in Chengdu.
Provide facilities service and M&E maintenance.
Conduct contractor management for any engineering/project renovations to ensure normal operations.
Team work with function team(operations/PE/finance/safety etc)for any kaizen improvement.
Essential Functions:
1.30% Conduct effective preventive maintenance programs.
2.30% Coordinate to project (construction/relayout/utilities) on site if necessary responsible for as pm.
3.30% Good communication in side between function team and and out-side between land-lord/government/contractors for any service and requirement.
4.10% Sense of urgency for operations and safety.
Essential Skills Description:
1. M&E Management and Maintenance (Elec. License is prefer)
2. Engineering/project management
3. Good communication skill.
4. Can use office software (email/word/execl/CAD etc. )

Competency Description:
1. Initiative/active Take initiative and be active in problem solving. Be able to convert an ideal into applicable implementation plan and minimize shutdown time.
2. Technical skills Be highly familiar with preventive maintenance program. Able to design solutions for shutdown issue.
3. Analytical ability Able to analyze technical problems base on facts and data and derive applicable solutions taking cost, quality and efficiency into consideration.
4. Leadership Conduction pm on schedule and sense of urgency for fire fighting.
5. Communication skill Develops and maintains good working relationship with all contacts inclusive of ops, contractors and suppliers.
