Our Trainee Program targets to select and groom high potential university graduates who are interested to establish Logistics career in our DB Schenker China,to well grow in DB Schenker and is able to take critical positions/team leader roles in 3 years through the tailor-made developmental experiences.And roadmap.

Position Description Details
Description:
Be responsible for providing a knowledgeable,courteous,efficient,confident and proactive point of contact for both customers and the network to maintain good relationship with them.
Accountabilities:
Contacts shippers and consequently arrange airlines booking and pick up of the goods Co-ordinates with Airport Staff and monitors the export operations procedures Co-ordinates with other off-Shanghai locations for pick up arranging Provides to issue the relevant shipping documents Ensures that all the shipping documents are correct and conform to customs regulations Confirms booking and flight departure with Airlines Constantly updates the database systems with shipping details Provides daily and monthly reports for main customers,to issue freight invoices and closes files Respond to customers by providing accurate information in all aspects such as transit time,prices,custom paperwork requirements,packaging,country-specific requirements(including potential customs clearance delays)simple account and sales question.Assist customer obtain information as required and provide customer with accurate information and operation guideline.Handle customer complaints while maintaining composure,and take all possible actions to resolve issues to the customers’full satisfaction
