职位描述:
职位要求：
1. 本科以上学历，工业工程、自动化控制或相关专业；
2. 具有3年以上物料计划工作经验，熟悉精益生产以及生产计划、物料控制等相关知识；
3. 有较强的沟通协调、分析判断及独立解决问题的能力，善于库存分析和控制库存；
4. 能熟练操作办公软件，熟悉ERP、MRP等系统相关知识；
5. 英语四级以上水平；
6. 做事认真仔细，具有较强的工作责任心和团队合作精神。
岗位职责：
1. 根据生产计划，合理有效地编制物料需求计划，组织落实生产物料采购订单下达、跟催等工作；
2. 合理安排生产任务的执行，下达生产订单，开展产能分析，及时协调和解决生产订单执行过程中的异常情况；
3. 负责物料BOM的改进、物料库存的分析和控制；
4. 完成上级主管安排的其他工作。
Qualifications：
1. College degree；Major in Industrial engineering，Automation control or related major.
2. At least 3 years working experience in material planning，working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing，production planning，inventory control and related fields.
3. Good communication and coordination skills，analytical，and independent problem solving skills，good at inventory analysis and inventory control.
4. Proficient in office software，experience in ERP，MRP and related tools/systems.
5. CET 4 and above. 6. Attention to details，accountable，and team spirit.
Job responsibilities：
1. Manage material request planning according to production plan in an effective and reasonable way；place production material purchase orders，monitor purchase order status，e. G. ，delivery，invoicing，and payment，etc.
2. Effectively and efficiently assign production tasks，issue production orders，conduct production capacity analysis，coordinate and resolve issues arising during the execution of production orders.
3. Responsible for BOM improvement，inventory analysis and control.
4. Fulfill other tasks assigned by reporting manager.
