职位描述:

岗位职责Responsibilities:支持并协调零售市场和各种销售活动的执行Support / Coordinate field implementation of retail Marketing & Sales Activities;为所在区域的区域分销商和城市经销商提供支持To provide in-field support to Regional Distributors & City Distributors;确保区域分销商具备一定的库存量用以支持零售渠道销售目标的达成Ensure Regional Distributor inventories are adequate to support retail channel sales target achievement;提供经销商库存的月报表Provide monthly “Push-In / Push-Out” Distributor inventory statistics; 确保有足够的库存量来支持经销商的各种销售和促销活动Ensure sufficient stock flow-through to City Distributors to support on-time nationwide Key Account in-store promotions and new product listings;协调各种促销活动Coordinate (eg. Promoters, displays, etc. ) in-store promotions;为区域和城市经销商的员工定期进行培训Provide regular training of Regional and City Distributors employees;对现有经销商作评估和识别潜在的新分销商 Track retail distribution levels and identify new distribution opportunities;确保产品销售的顺利执行Ensure merchandising execution with excellence;

任职要求Requirements/ Qualifications:
至少相关行业3年以上的工作经验,如有快速消费品市场的销售和客户管理经验优先考虑Minimum three years experience in sales in related industry, with extensive experience in Foodservice market development and customer management in China;具备优秀的销售技巧,对市场有洞察力Excellent sales skill, Understanding of marketing, distribution and other commercial practices in the foodservice business in China;有优秀的销售业绩A proven track record in achieving excellent results in sales growth;学士学位Bachelor Degree;流利的英文表达能力;Fluent English ability;能够熟练使用计算机基本软件Computer literate, word, excel and power point;成熟,诚实可信Mature, dynamic and honest;有工作热情Passion for winning;具备团队合作精神Team work;承压能力强,能够严格按照时限完成工作Able to work under high pressure and time limitation;优秀和沟通技巧Communication skill;
