马尼托瓦克东岳重工有限公司（主计划员/Master Planner）

Responsibilities/岗位职责
1.To be responsible for the Master Schedule based on full understanding of the factory capability，client requirements and order priority 根据订单情况及公司的生产能力，负责编制总体计划；
2.To Monitor the execution of Master Schedule and update the Master Schedule according to the progress.跟踪生产计划执行情况，根据进程更新总体计划；
3.To perform machine capacity plan in daily basis to smoothen unconstraint demand load according to the constraint machine capacity within a specific business unit so as to identify the potential bottlenecks and to smoothen the load制定产能计划，根据每个生产单元的设备及人员的能力，保证生产计划的顺利进行，及时确认生产瓶颈，均衡生产；
4.Maintain related data based on the actual production progress；根据生产进度变化维护系统内物料需求时间；
5.Follow process related material“s arrival status 了解工序相关的材料到货情况；
6.Communicate and cooperate with other departments from time to time 与相关各部门沟通协作；
7.All other reasonable duties requested by the immediate manager，Employee Handbook and Management.完成直接主管领导、管理层安排的或是员工手册规定的。


Requirements/任职要求
1.Bachelor degree，engineering background is preferred大学本科学历；工科专业背景尤佳；
2.Over 2 yrs the related experience有二年以上相关经验；
3.Work carefully，good communication skill工作认真仔细，具有较强的沟通能力；
4.Good in English speaking，reading and writing 熟练的英文沟通能力；5.Familiar with computer operation熟练操作电脑。
