With help and cooperation of other sourcing members of SGGSC,-Source & qualify Chinese suppliers for SGG & SGGS factories in other high cost countries (40% time)-Follow-up & monitor purchasing / supplying / executing process & projects (40% time)-As the key user of ProSource-e-bidding platform (20% time);Concretely,1.Make preliminary studies & investigation on Sourcing Request from Sourcing Customers of SGG or SGGS (worldwide)2.Open Sourcing Project accordingly and takes it in charge as sourcing leader or as special assistant (in developing and dealing with it by different steps as below-indicated)3.Set up Chinese vendor-list4.Follow-up request for quotation process (RFQ)5.Commercial negotiation with suppliers if need6.Analysis of "quality / costs" balance.7.Participate to decision process on final supplier choosing8.Manage contractual process with sourcing suppliers in interface with sourcing customers.9.Build and maintain sourcing project's following-up10.Follow-up all steps between RFQ and start-up: planning, engineering, manufacturing, logistics, payment etc.11.Manage supplier relationship after delivery (work together with quality engineer)12.Set up and maintain supplier evaluation system: audit, financial evaluation, ranking, skills etc.13.Make regular statistics and reportingOther works / tasks defined and instructed by SGGSC's Sourcing Manager.
