1）Plans，organizes　and　supervisors　a　team　of　PMC　personnel　in　the　production　and　material　planning　and　control　ac　tivities.
2）Responsible　for　master　production　planning，load　smoothening　and　capacity　planning，material　request　planning.
3Meets　or　exceeds　shipment　targets　by　coordinating　and　establishing　good　master　schedule，flexible　production　plans　and　timely　follow　up　action.Reviews　and　exercises　control　over　excess/obsolete　materials.
Requirement
1）Bachelor　degree　in　Materials　Management，Business　Administration　or　an　equivalent；
2）Minimum　6　years　relevant　experience　of　which　3　years　in　the　managerial　position.In　a　manufacturing　environment.
3）Broad　knowledge　of　the　supply　base　and　in-depth　knowledge　of　production　planning　are　required；
4）Proficient　with　ERP　system　is　required，QAD　is　plus；
5）Extremely　strong　skills　with　proven　track　record　in　communication，leadership，business　analysis，process　development，
6）administration，and　change　management　are　required，attention　to　detail　and　ability　to　work　well　with　teams　is　also　required.
7）Experience　with　ball　valve　manufacturing　is　a　plus.
