工作职责：
1.Be familiar with the Raw material and machined parts process in machinery industry.Such as：熟悉机械行业原材料、机加工件等采购渠道，也包括：a）Castings--mainly wear resistant alloys such as Hadfield Manganese steel，chrome nickel moly steel，high chrome iron铸件-主要防磨损的合金如哈德菲尔德锰钢，铬镍钼钢，高铬铁；b）Closed die forgings--chrome nickel moly steel from 10-50 pounds；锻压模-镍铬钼钢 10-50磅c）Open die steel forgings模具钢锻d）Slewing bearings回转轴承’e）Roller bearings滚动轴承
2.Purchasing cost check and calculate.合理进行采购成本的核算；
3.Supplier choice/judge/Review.供应商选择/评审/稽核；
4.Inquiry/comparative price/negotiation with Supplier.询价/比价/议价；5.Follow company purchase strategy and supplier management.策略性采购及供应商管理。
Education Requirement教育背景要求：
1.Bachelor degree with mechanics or mechanical module engineering background or equivalent，at least 3 years above in related purchase experience.机械、模具类相关专业本科以上学历，至少3年以上相关的采购经验；
2.Be familiar with that each purchase channel，can be independent to develop new supplier and carry on a valid management.熟知该领域内各采购渠道，能自主开发新的供应商并进行有效管理；
3.Strong ability to communication and negotiation with supplier.沟通与谈判能力强；
4.Good computer skill of MS office.计算机水平好，熟练操作OFFICE软件；
5.Work hard，team work，willing to work under pressure.工作态度积极努力，有团队精神。Requirement
