职位描述:
We are a US based company that is a major importer and distributer for hardware products for residential and commercial application. Our products are packaged for retail sales as well as commercial sales; We serve all of North America, Mexico, Central America and the Caribbean markets. Currently we are looking for an office director for our China office.
Job Title: Office Director
Working Location: Guangzhou
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and lead the China team to ensure the office achieves its objectives of:
1. Seamless coordination with the US Headquarters
2. Perfect communication with the supplier base for order flow
3. Ensuring quality control and project engineering support
Streamline the sourcing process while consolidating the supplier base.
Conduct supplier quality management and supplier performance reviews.
Manage and monitor the key projects with US headquarter office
Identify opportunities for cost reductions.
Cost control and management for China office.
Responsible for solutions on any issues regarding project and quality and delivery
Job Requirement:
Bachelor degree or above, engineering background preferred.
At least 8+ years of working experience in sourcing or project management for a US based company plus
3+years at managerial level
Experience and knowledge with hardware products and manufacturing process
Good interpersonal communication skill
Proficiency in both written and spoken English
Experienced with travel within and outside of mainland China
Strong problem solving skills
Willing to work under pressure and challenge
