I. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY This position is responsible for the day-to-day dealing with customs bureau and other government agencies related to importation of goods into PRC. In addition, this position will be assigned the responsibility of maintaining Quota books for designated customers so that we can provide the necessary audit trail to satisfy government audits into our Quota management. These objectives must be met while meeting or exceeding Company and PRC ethical standards. II. ACCOUNTABILITY 1.Purchasing Manager 2.Operations Manager III. SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIRED 1.Must have a College Degree. 2.Must have good understanding of English language. 3.Must have at least 3 year Quota Book management experience. 4.Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills are a must. 5.Must have a desire to maintain quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
