1. major in Mechanical，knowledge of stamping, casting, plastic molding
2. 5 to 10 years purchasing/project management background in automotive industry.
3. 3 years team management experience (buyers / supervisor).
4. be able to propose price reduction and process improvement in supplier side
5. Available to travel in China and also abroad
6. used to prepare monthly reporting,
7. fluent in English and Chinese.
8. team leadership skills, reactive, courageous, independent, multi-task, work under pressure, negotiation skills
