林德纳新型建筑材料（太仓）有限公司（采购专员 Procurement Specialist）

工作职责/Responsibility：
1、根据相关部门需求收集供应商，建立供应商资源数据库 Sourcing the new supplier and establish the suppliers data base according the requisitions.
2、供应商前期评估(设备，技术产能，合作意向等相关资料的整理)The supplier initial evaluation(the situation of equipments,technical,capacity,and cooperation attitude etc...)
3、与供应商交流相关要求及技术信息 communicate with the supplier for our technical information
4、询价、议价、比价并建议采购，进行透明存档(报价、合同、订单等相关资料的整理汇总)quotation,negotiation,and recommend the competitive supplier(File the quotation,contract,PO etc...)
5、紧密监控采购合同相关进度，预见可能的偏差并采取正确的行动，与供方进行工作协调 Closely follow up the contract&PO,can find the perennial risk,and take the correct action to communicate with the supplier.)
6、建立与供应商的良好合作关系，定期进行评估(判定并执行质量、成本、准时和服务的合理改善)Maintain the relationship with the supplier,asses the supplier periodically by delivered material quality,cost,on time delivery,service and improvement.
7、物料质量问题的处理 NCR handling.

任职资格Qualified:
1.本科及以上学历，理工类相关专业 Bachelor of related majors,such as Mechanical Engineering,Material,Metallurgy,etc…
2.三年以上采购工程师工作经验，机械背景工作经历者优先 At least 3years procurement engineer experience,Mechanical Engineering background is preferred.
3、有供应商开发经验 Experience in sourcing the new supplier
4.熟悉采购流程，熟悉采购相关质量管理体系 Knowledge of purchasing procedure and quality management system.
5.良好采购谈判能力、协调能力和成本意识 Skillful in purchase negotiation,association and cost.
6.良好的沟通能力，热爱团队工作，忠诚，有责任心，关注细节、能承受一定工作压力 Skill of communication,team work,honest,responsible,careful and can work under pressure.
7.英文读写熟练。Good English in oral and written.
