Baijia Hospital Investment Co is looking for a good oral translator and assistant to Vice President of International Relations and Training Dept.
Qualities needed:
- You need great oral English to Chinese translation ability. Native Mandarin Speaker.
- We will give training classes to leaders of hospitals, doctors, nurses, and office staff in many types of courses such as: Medical communication, service excellence, management skills, medical service systems, grooming, soft skills, psychology and maternity related topics such as maternity fitness, breastfeeding, and hygiene...Also, you will translate for visiting overseas experts for their training classes and other things which may be more technical.
U You will be asked to give some training classes yourself once you learn the material for non medical classes.

- Personality: Positive work attitude, confident outgoing personality. You must be able to get along with people easily, love talking to people, and friendly. You need to be a team player and get along with staff and customers
- We also give speeches at large marketing events and for TV and newspaper interviews.
- You will also need to get your work done on time and work without supervision.
- Be willing to travel constantly. I am based in Guangzhou till end of April and then will move to other city for 2-4 months where the next project is. Our headquarters is in Shanghai and sometimes we go there too. We also travel to other cities where we have hospitals and give speeches at marketing events or do training classes.
- Office work includes translating training materials, organizing the training materials into power point, translate letters to Chinese, and basic assistant work.
- You need to be able to talk respectfully, powerfully, and confidently with government officials and company leaders in meetings and during dinners and use proper etiquette.
- You should be interested to learn medical terminology for maternity hospital as we often have foreign doctors to work and give lectures.
- Require minimum 3-5 years work experience and University Education English Major or medical English College.
- You should have a good work attitude and be able to work under pressure and do overtime periodically.
- We work 6 days a week.
