采购经理-西安某欧美外企急聘薪资：年薪15万以上工作地点：西安具有汽车行业采购管理经验者优先。

Responsibility：
Implement Company`s management strategy and goal.Ensure alignment of an integrated sourcing strategy within the company and ensure the implementation of purchasing plan.Overall responsibility for purchasing，logistics.Assure the capacity and quality of supply chain.Assure timely acquisition of direct＆indirect materials.Localize，cost-reduce and quality improve of material.Source，analyze potential suppliers and develop，evaluate current supplier.Work closely with Market service department to ensure efficient informationConduct Performance management system and Individual Development Plan within purchasing departmentManage ESH within purchasing department and be response for professional safety and health of purchasing department`s staff.

工作职责：
1.组织贯彻实施公司管理方针、目标。
2.主持采购部全面工作，提出物资采购计划，并组织实施，确保各项采购任务完成。
3.全面负责物料采购、物流业务，确保供应链的能力和质量。
4.全面负责直接材料、间接材料的订购，国产化以及成本降低、质量改进。
5.负责供应商开发以及业绩考核。
6.负责与市场服务部沟通发交信息。
7.负责部门业绩评估和员工个人发展规划的贯彻和落实。
8.负责部门环境、健康、安全工作，对员工职业安全健康的负责。

Requirement：
Bachelor or above，Technical education background or relevant.More than 8 years working experiences in Foreign enterprise and 5 years experiences in management.English skill：CET 6（Good Command of verb and written English）。Excellent in negotiatingGood executive skillBe familiar with ERP SystemBe good at Office software as word，excel，power point etc.

任职要求：
1.大学本科及以上，工科或相关专业；
2.8年以上外企相关工作经验，5年以上管理经验；
3.英语六级，听说读写优良；
4.优秀的谈判能力；
5.执行能力强；
6.熟悉ERP 操作系统；熟悉常用办公软件。
