Accountability:
Identify potential suppliers, conduct supplier visits and audits, support supplier selection according to established procedures;
Evaluate supplier performance, communicate results, develop and implement strategies and tactics for improvement;
Project management, implementation, tracking and reporting;
Ensure that purchasing practices comply with established policies, procedures and ethical principles;
Maintain an effective cost containment/reduction plan and tracking system;
Develop and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and internal customers.

Qualification:
Bachelor degree in Mechanical/Metallurgic/Manufacturing Engineering;
At least 5 year products sourcing experience of Casting, Stamping, Machining, Etc;
Good commercial negotiation and communication skill;
Assertive, aggressive and confident, can work under pressure;
Good command of English (written/oral) and PC.
