Job DescriptionTitle: Warehouse SupervisorReport to: Logistics Operation ManagerDirect subordinates: Warehouse KeeperResponsibilities: Overall management on SZH warehousing and distribution project, including space/equipment/staff/flow/security, etc;Qualified SOP and related regulations, reports template mapping out;Daily operation management, including inbound/outbound/inventory control/cycle counting, etc;Timely communication/feedback/reports to client;Establish good relationship with client and perform maintenance;Assist Manager to perform monthly settlement with client;Staff on-job training to facilitate operation accuracy/efficiency/quality;Proper people management to achieve best team work for operation excellence;Cross function knowledge/experience sharing;Cost effective;Any other task assigned by manager职位：仓库主管汇报对象：项目运作经理直系下属：仓库管理员职责：负责苏州仓库以及项目的分配，包括空间/设备/人员/流程/安全等制定相关的规章制度，操作流程及报表日常运行管理，包括货物的进/出站，库存及盘点保持与客户的日常沟通，并及时向公司汇报与反馈建立和保持与客户的良好关系协助经理与客户完成月季清算对仓库管理员就工作的准确/效率/质量方面进行培训指导正确地进行人员管理，促进团队合作，进一步推动项目的良好运作与员工分享专业知识及经验成本控制经理布置的其他任务
