采购主要岗位职责 Main responsibilities：
1）根据各部门的申购计划编制订货计划并组织实施；
Make orders upon relevant departments’purchase requisitions and organize implementation；
2）负责电子/金属/铸件/冲压等产品、材料、辅料等各类物品的国内与进口采购，包括询价、发订单、跟踪订单进度、组织到货入库、整理付款凭证、做好追溯记录等，并组织实施；
Responsible for purchasing of product components，material，and subsidiary material etc.，including inquiry，order，order’s follow-up，stock entry，payment voucher’s collection and record，etc.
3）根据各供货商的供货质量、价格、信誉等情况进行分析比较，合理选择供货商，建立稳定的供货渠道；
Compare the suppliers based on the quality，price and credibility.Choose the best supplier and establish a stable supplier chain；
4）监督合同的执行，处理供货索赔事宜；
Supervise the implementation of the contracts and handle the claims；
5）参与对供货商的质量评审与认证工作，参与国产化开发工作；
Take part in the suppliers’quality audit and take part in the development of localization；
6）做好统计工作，及时编制各类报表；
Do statistics work and elaborate the statements；
7）按经济合同及规定程序，正确合理签订各类订货合同协议，维护企业经济利益，并做好合同的管理工作。
Sign the orders or purchase agreements according to the specified procedure.Administrate the contracts.

任职资格 Qualification：
1）教育背景：大学本科或以上学历，
Education background：bachelor or above degree majoring in automation
2）工作经验：2年以上从事采购的经验；
Work experiences：two-year（or above）purchasing work experience of electronic products
3）知识/技能：熟悉采购流程和采购管理。熟练掌握英语和使用计算机。
Knowledge/Skill：familiar with purchasing procedure and related management methods.Fluent English or Germany both in oral and writing so as to communicate in daily business；Be proficient in computer operation；
4）素质要求：讲究诚信。同时具备良好的人际沟通、协调能力，分析和解决问题的能力。
