CHINA PURCHASING MANAGER’S PROFILEOBJECT: Define the purchasing policy in line with them defined by Central Purchasing of the Group. Identify the opportunities of supply market which allow cost saving on equal terms of quality and performance in respect of requested timing and budget. Predictive skill, good English and availability to foreign transfer complete the profile.职位： 采购经理： 1、男，30-40；本科或以上学历，机械制造专业或机电一体化专业毕业； 2、CET4或以上，能流利地用英语口语交流；3、五年以上工业用原料（钢板、铁、铜、铝管等）采购管理经验。 4、熟悉机械加工物料采购流程，熟悉采购物料质量控制及供应商管理。 5、熟悉钢材市场情况，了解机械加工工艺的过程。 6、有三年以上采购经理岗位经历，擅长部门建设与沟通协调。 7、具良好的谈判技巧，能承受一定的工作压力。8、工作汇报：直接向海外采购总监负责9.、五险一金，13薪+BONUS，双休，年休假；
