Main Responsibilities：
Manage P1/P0 production logistics：
1/Prepare FPD in terms of logistics and correctives actions plan afterwards.
2/Perform Logistics FMEA for new products.
3/Define components and finished goods’flows and their storage location.
4/Ensure shipments of P1/P0 deliveries.
5/Ensure the Logistics Start Of Production for all new products
6/Is responsible for project logistics issues until phase 4（6 months after SOP）。
Lead continuous improvement in all supply chain activities in term of：
1/Transportation organization：develop strategy to optimize high pick up frequency，freight and costs
2/Packaging and labeling：Packaging and labeling specifications and standardization for components and finished goods，small returnable containers deployment.
3/Internal flows：Define and improve material flows and logistics area layouts.
4/Definition and implementation of scheduling process，systems design and improvement to support them.
5/Definition of receiving，line feeding and shipping processes.
5/Participate in and support the implementation of the Valeo Production System through VPS workshops.
6/Lead the logistics VPS committee.
6/Participate actively in-30 plan and labor productivity plan.
7/Promote logistics participation and application of Valeo 5 axis strategy.
