职位描述:

Business Unit:Dalian Damco
Reports to:Ocean Manager

Purpose&general responsibilities of the position:
-Well cooperate with CUS and FIN team.
-Keep daily procedure smooth with high working efficiency.
-Meet customer satisfaction.
-Meet and exceed personal and team target,Ad hoc assistance as required by team.

Specific responsibilities of the position:
-Well cooperate with CUS and FIN team.
1.Quick response to CUS queries.
2.Timely send the feedback to CUS team.
3.Monitor related cooperative party performance.
4.Maintain good relationship with all internal parties.
-Keep daily procedure smooth with high working efficiency.
1.Maintain daily summary.
2.Print documents per CUS request and release documents against payment.Avoid to sending out duplicate documents.
3.Pay close attention to current working procedure and identify the areas or process could be improved.
4.Ensure the document paper security.
5.QMS system maintenance.
-Meet Customer Satisfaction.
1.To aim to target customer service up in daily work and customer oriented.
2.Good attitude to customer and efficient payment status checking as per agreement with CUS.
3.Assist customers to contact CUS timely when customers fail to fetch the document.
-Meet and exceed personal and team target,Ad hoc assistance as required by team.
1.Meet and exceed personal scorecard.
2.Assist to meet and exceed team target.
3.Ensure 100%complete of training as required.
4.Ensure clean bill of health from any internal and external audits.
5.Take additional tasks when necessary.

Measurement/success criteria of the position:
-To achieve document release accuracy 100%。
-Meet client satisfaction and no complaint,measured from CSEI&QMS.
-Proactively control the waiting time and handling time,measured from QMS.
-Streamline counter process.
-Fully comply with financial policy.
-Meet separate scorecard.
-Regularly review work procedure.
