Sourcing Engineer：Cables/Cable Assembly
Responsibilities：Knowledge of suppliers within the cable assembly market Have sourcing back ground on cable assembly commodity like connector，cable，etc Able to source and negotiate prices for componentsKnow how to manage Purchasing Terms＆Conditions like payment terms，MOQ，etc Ability to read mechanics drawings and material datasheet，MSDS，etc will be advantageous but not a must.Tracking and evaluating of price movement of strategic materialsDevelopment of new and existing suppliers to support current and long term sourcing needs.Liaison and negotiation with suppliers to secure competitive rates for goods，services and materialsEvaluation，selection and maintenance of list of approved vendors Manage outsourced partners in terms of Key Performance Index.Lead on Cost Improvement ProgramsGood team player and able to multi-taskManage Engineering Change Notice（ECN）effectivelyAble to work under pressure
Requirements College or Degree in any manufacturing/mechanics/material science discipline Experience in sourcing or sales is a must1 to 3 years experience in procurement or manufacturing environment Understands the perspective of sourcing，procurement and distribution of components，sub-assembly and finished goods Knowledge of SAP/ERP/MRP would be advantageousFlair of language in both English and Mandarin Strong in MS Excel（MS Access advantageous）Highly motivated and able to work with minimal supervisionGood interpersonal，negotiation and communication skillAble to communicate with all levels of staffDriven and think out of the boxCandidate must be able to work in Chang-an，Dongguan.
