3.Major tasks&responsibilities:工作职责：
Find out new potential commodity suppliers
找到新的潜在供货商
Introduce new suppliers into production
为生产引进新的供应商
Establish commercial contract,solve technical and commercial problems with suppliers
撰写商业合同，与供应商共同解决技术性和商业性的问题
Place production order to suppliers,both domestic and overseas
给国内以及国外供应商下采购单
Get confirmation and ensure delivery of components from suppliers according planning
根据生产计划与供应商确认配件的及时送货
4.Content and scope of job:
工作内容和构成：
Work with R&D,quality dept.to search,identify and evaluate suppliers
与质量部共同寻找，认证，以及评估供应商
work in cost reduction project with suppliers
与供应商一起进行费用降低工程
Solve variance on quantities and quality,delay on delivery with supplier,also assist in payment
解决质量和数量的不一致性问题，延迟供货问题，同时在付款方面进行协助
Identify potential risk in purchasing with planning,and escalate to senior manager if problem can't be solved
认定采购的潜在风险，在无法独立解决的情况下与资深经理进行讨论，
Reduce operation risk,shortage of material,etc.
降低运行风险，材料短缺等

7.Required skills,competencies and experience:
要求的技术，能力和经验
a.necessary education必要的教育:
Good knowledge of purchase procedure and experience of international trading and contracting
education background in engineering
具备采购的知识和国际贸易的经验和技术背景(专业必须是电子或相关专业)
good English in writing,reading and speaking
良好的英语听说读写能力，必须能用简单的口语进行交流
b.Practical years of experience after above mentioned education:
3-5 year experience in purchase function at least
至少3-5年的采购在职经验
c.Required special skills:特殊技能
Be familiar with SAP preferred,especially in material management function
熟悉SAP者优先，特别是在材料管理模块
Be familiar with motor technology and motor components preferred
熟悉电机技术和电机配件者优先
