Job Description:
1.Establishment,maintenance and administration of an ECC department;
2.Assume governance on implementation,maintenance and controlling of the Siemens Internal Control;
3.Program on Export Control and Customs(ICP)within Siemens;
4.Implementation of internal Siemens regulations into regulations;
5.Implementation of national legal regulations into internal regulations;
6.Analysis of business and logistic processes regarding Export Control and Customs relevant issues and alignment of these processes,including integration of Export Control and Customs tools into local IT systems(master data bases and order processing systems,including establishment and maintenance of system documentation,e.g.SPS implementation guideline,master data documentation guideline,change request processes,etc.);
7.Organization of Export Control and Customs compliance processes within;
8.Creation of-specific training conception and program based on Siemens company internal and legal requirements including training of employees;
9.Selection of qualified personnel(to be agreed with ECC ONE);
10.Permanent information update of employees concerning Export Control and Customs;
11.Involvement in the process of checking end use and end user,according to Export Control and Customs guidelines;
12.Decisions arising from DAMEX checks;
13.Preparation and handling of export licenses as well as fulfilment of license conditions
14.Organizing of origin of goods and Preferential Origin determinations in the Sector company
15.Implementation of regulations(developed by ECC ONE)for and controlling of Customs security programs;
16.Import and export transactions;
17.Identification of goods received pursuant to customs regulations in accordance with Regional/Sector company-specific regulations
18.Monitoring of relevant data for customs and customs value declarations
-determination of customs value
-review of customs value by means of account reconciliation
-arranging payment of import charges/checking tax assessments
-development and maintenance of export control and customs relevant product master data
19.Support ECC ONE to conduct regular internal reviews in line with review requirements
20.Conducting regular spot checks(monthly)
21.Realization and monitoring of activities,deriving from external audits and internal reviews
22.Reporting in accordance with the Siemens Corporate reporting procedures(to CEO and ECC ONE)
23.Participation in national ECC working groups(on demand)
24.Assistance in elaboration,implementation,enforcement and controlling of ICP(based on Siemens ICP);concepts for corporate services,corporate and cross Sector processes,training and review programs within area of responsibility(on ECC ONE demand)
25.Development,implementation and enforcement of assigned tasks(e.g.training programs,IT applications including CR management,control of operational services)within defined area of responsibility(on ECC ONE demand);
26.Enforcement of defined governance functions,e.g.inspections and training sessions to ensure Export Control and Customs compliance(provided by ECC ONE);
27.Advice(incl.functional directive authority)and support of assigned areas of responsibility;
28.Preparation of documents related to government authority's official inquiries and audits;
29.Conduct trainings based on ECC ONE training conception and training programs-trainings and training content to be approved by ECC ONE;
30.Permanent information update of employees concerning Export Control and Customs;
31.Involvement in the process of checking end use and end user,according to Export Control and Customs guidelines;
32.Preparation and handling of export licenses as well as fulfilment of license conditions;
33.Conducting regular spot checks(monthly);
34.Realization and monitoring of activities,deriving from external audits and internal reviews,instructed by ECC ONE;
35.Reporting in accordance with the Siemens Corporate reporting procedures(to ECCS and ECC ONE);
36.Participation in national ECC working groups(on demand);

Job Requirement:
1.University degree or above;
2.More than 3 years related work experience;
3.Good English in reading,writing,speaking;
4.Deep understanding of ECC and related regulations;
5.Wise knowledge for ECC support and control;
6.Good personality;
7.Can work under pressure;
8.Good communication skills;
