职位描述:
Depot Operation Manager-Nigeria，West Africa（Work Location：West Africa）
Job Responsibilities：
1.Develop，implement and maintain sound organizational plan and initiate improvement plan；
2.Consistently ensures the terminal is operated in accordance with local，state and federal laws；
3.Ensure highest standard of terminal service be given to consignees and shipping lines；
4.In charge of maintenance and workshop teams to safeguard all terminal assets and facilities；
5.Set up workshop procurement policy and procedure，implement and monitor the compliance of purchasing policies；
6.Coordinates the marketing and client’s relations programs to promote Terminal’s services and facilities to potential and existing clients.
Job Requirements：
1.Degree holder in Shipping，Engineering or relevant discipline；
2.Minimum 5 years in container depot or terminal operation management experience；
3.Proficiency in written and spoken English，fluent in French and Chinese are definitely an asset；
4.Strong leadership，open minded，initiative and a good team player；
5.Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines；
6.Computer literacy；
7.Willing to station in West Africa.The Company provide attractive salary，one month paid annual leave，free accommodation，transportation，meal，medical and personal accident insurance benefits.
