任职要求：
To　procure　all　the　required　materials　with　the　objective　to　feed　the　production　on　time　so　as　to　keep　on-time　delivery　to　Customers.
1.College　degree　or　above
2.At　least　2　years　procurement　experience
3.Good　commend　of　English
职位职责：1.Material　Supply　Management
With　referring　supply　risk，material　cost　and　inventory　level，take　right　material　supply　management　method
2.ROCUREMENT
According　to　production　demand，place　rolling　forecast　and　purchase　orders　to　suppliers　and　follow　up　closely　for　on　time　material　delivery　to　lines
3.DELIVERY　Performance　Management
Monitor　supplier　delivery　performance，and　take　correction　for　continually　improvement　with　sourcing　and　SQE
4.Inventory　Control
Under　global　view　supply　risk，delivery＆quality　performance，implement　available　raw　material　inventory　control　rules　for　responsible　parts
5.COMMUNICATION＆COORDINATION
Communicate　with　Suppliers，Planning，Technique，Sourcing，SQE　and　Warehouse　in　order　to　ensure　smooth　implementation　of　the　contract　production
6.PAYMENT
Work　with　Accounting　department，secure　on　time　payment　to　suppliers.
