General Objective:职位目的:
The Sales Manager is responsible for developing,managing customers&dealers in the assigned area through direct sales&dealer sales covering all CNS product range.The key focus is to develop and grow the customer accounts to achieve targeted revenues.该职位负责在指定的地区开发及管理客户和代理商,产品销售涉及建筑工程部的所有产品系列。其主要的工作重点是开发新客户以其达到既定的销售目标。

Key Responsibilities:主要工作职责
Develop new business and generate profitable sales levels(including direct sales&dealer sales)in a defined area;在指定的工作区域开发新的生意机会以达到销售业绩和赢利目标(包括直销和代理商销售)
Develop potential dealers,explain advantages of company products&services,and negotiate agreement together with the Territory Sales Manager;开发潜在的代理商,向他们展示公司产品及服务的优势,并协同大区经理一起进行商务谈判;
Works closely with dealors to build partnership and help them to grow business and achieve the sales target;与代理商一起建立良好的合作伙伴关系并帮助他们一起开拓市场,达到公司规定的销售目标;
Visit endusers in the decribed area on a regular basis in order to build business relationship,promote confidence and goodwill,discusses and resolves problems&solution,looking for potential business opportunites;在指定区域定期拜访终端客户建立良好的业务关系,树立公司及产品的信心和信誉,讨论并解决存在的问题和解决方案,寻找潜在的商机;
Introduce products to dealers and endusers by arranging product demonstration and training seminars;advises customer on types of equipment to purchase with coordination from PLM&Technical Support Engineers.协同产品线经理或技术支持工程师向代理商和客户介绍产品,安排产品演示和培训,在设备购买方面向客户提供建议;
Provide product technical proposal and quoted prices with assistance from Technical Support Engineers or PLM;在产品线经理或技术支持工程师的协助下,向客户提供技术方案及产品报价;
Negotiate with customers on pricing,lead-time,order volume and commercial issues,get final approval from Territory Sales Manager and Segment Manager before the project biding and/or contract signing;与客户就价格、交货期、订单量及其他商务条件进行谈判,在项目投标或合同签署前获得大区经理及业务部副总裁的批准;
Follow up with customers on equipment trial,testing,installation and AR collection;ensure all designated accounts are operating within SMC payment terms及时跟进客户设备安装、调试及付款;确保所负责的客户根据SMC的付款要求,
Liaise with Service Team and technical support staff as necessary to ensure all warranty claims are settled in a timely fashion.与服务团队及技术支持人员联系确保客户的质保要求得到及时的解决;
Provide sales report to the Territory managers on sales forecast,field calls,demonstrations,sales actions,etc.向大区经理定期提交销售报告,包括销售预测、访客报告、销售行动等。

Qualifications:资历要求:
Bachelor of Science in engineering or mechanics;机电或机械及相关专业本科文凭;
3-5 years above working experience in related industry 3-5年以上相关行业工作经验;Having track record field sales/sales technical support or equivalent;在现场销售、销售技术支持或相关职位上有一定的工作经验;
Understanding of customer relations and customer business processes.有一定的客户关系和熟悉客户业务流程;
Knowledge of SMC CNS equipments especially crusher&screening products and/or drill rigs;熟悉SMC建筑工程类设备特别是破碎筛分产品及/或钻机
Superior standard of interpersonal and communication skills.善于交际和沟通;
Ability to work as part of an integrated,broad team.较强的团队合作精神;
Must be flexible,self-motivated and demonstrate initiative.灵活、主动、积极 Computer systems literacy is essential.电脑操作熟练;
Good at English reading&writing.英语读写能力强;
