Warehouse Supervisor

Briefly Job Description ( Function and Objective)
Be responsible for operation and management of warehouse and ensure good house keeping, good discipline, account accuracy

Major responsibility & Task
1. Daily Management
* Receiving operation for all items include BOM parts, EMT and spare parts.
* 5S discipline execution.
* Identification for parts storage and transferring.
* Cycle count checking and verification.
* Forklift maintenance.
* Support to production for material supplying to avoid any shortage.
* Shipment operation.
* Ensure good housekeeping.

2. Operator management
* Training is required to all warehouse operation.
* Define operator performance index, audit and record.
* Supervise subordinates handling goods with proper methods.
* Submit warehouse report by monthly
* Proposal for material flow efficiency improvement and carry out it

3. Security Ensuring
* Material shelf life control and properly storage condition for all parts
* Operation for forklift driving, loading and unloading cargo
* Security for material account

4. Efficiency, accuracy, service spirit and HC cost reduction.
5. Ensure warehouse get across quality audit and finance audit.
6. Other duties as required.

Qualification
* College or above, with major in Logistics management, or other related subjects.
* At least 3 years warehouse supervisor working experience.
* Good command of reading and written English.
* Forklift and ERP experience is preferred.
* Team working spirit, strong communication, honest, be able to work under pressure.
