Responsibility and Authority：


-To implement Pacbrake Company‘s China outsourcing strategy
-To participate in BOKE’s outsourcing strategy making
-To maintain relationship with existing supplier and conduct new supplier validation
-To conduct and manage purchasing activities for Boke
-Work with quality for evaluation of new and existing suppliers
-Evaluate quotations and conduct price negotiation of parts sourced in China
-Creation of purchase orders and sales invoices for business activities
-Work with quality to managing supplier issues related to outsourced parts
-Work closely with production and warehouse to ensure production needs are met and non-confirming products are handled properly.
-Work with sales department on purchase plan to support sales
-Work closely with QC department to ensure all shipments are inspected prior shipping to Overseas
-Work closely with Financial department to ensure all suppliers got paid correctly and been paid on time.
-Sourcing new product and existing product for maximum cost savings
-Knowledge of general commodity pricing to maximize knowledge for price negotiation
-To conduct process of completing supplier questionnaires，confidentiality agreements，purchasing contracts and NDAs with suppliers
-To establish relationships with suppliers and conduct Guanxi
-Knowledge and proficiency in logistics and shipping activities
-Knowledge and proficiency in international import/export and customs activities
-To be involved in weekly general meetings with core management team to ensure communication and cohesiveness
-To be aware of the quality policy and quality objectives and understand how it affects production.
Knowledge and ability to use ERP
Excellent English proficiency in speaking，reading and writing
