Key Responsibilities:
Local operational responsibility for the adidas Group export transportation business from the sourcing origins to all key markets
Local commercial responsibility for the logistics service providers
Local relationship management for logistics service providers and carriers
Support the LO in achieving document compliance and delivery performance targets
Local project support and logistical competence centre for the sourcing origins
Management of Shipping instructions with all stakeholders at the sourcing origins
Management of operational- and commercial compliance with 3PL's to ensure consistent achievement of key performance indicators Management and supervision of the operational execution for sample- and prepaid air freight programs
Management and negotiation of all origin related logistics cost and related service levels with 3PL's and carriers for the sourcing origins
Management of the local business relationships with 3PL's and carriers
Establishment of effective communication and collaboration channels between 3PL's, carriers, LO and factories in the designated sourcing origins
Support implementation and execution of logistical initiatives and projects, as well as support the execution of value added services at factory level Knowledge Skills and Abilities: Sound business sense and good judgment capabilities
Self motivated and highly driven
Excellent communication- and presentation skills in English
Team player Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum

Qualifications:
Preferably a University graduate or 3rd level education graduate
At least 3 years of relevant experience in logistics industry
