Responsibilities:
Perform a full training needs analysis and devise a training plan that meets the needs of existing staff ensuring that the training plan supports business goals and identifies measures of effectiveness.
Implement the training plan to enhance knowledge of products and processes.
In partnership with the management team, develop a pool of available trainers on the products, technical aspectsConduct training for trainers, in order to tackle the diversified training needs.
Provide professional advice and work closely with the trainers to manage the effectiveness of training.
Your skills and experience:
Bachelor's degree or above preferably majoring in computer or relevant.
Minimum of 3 years working experience of training and training management (experience in training needs analysis an advantage) in a IT company
Strong IT background (OS, Application software, Networks & IT infrastructure)
A track record of success, able to think outside the box.
Excellent management and organization skills.
Analytical skills.
Results-orientated and committed to delivering effective training solutions.
Good communication, training and presentation skills are essential.
Well presented, personable with a flexible, patient, positive manner.
Languages: Fluent English or Japanese;
