职位描述:
Role&Responsibility:
-Leading the sales team in Southern China
-Planning,implementing&evaluating sales strategies&activities.
-Regular reporting to keep monitoring sales performance.
-Analyze the business environment and provide current and accurate market intelligence to determine clients'needs and feedback new ideas.-Explore new business opportunities,manage and retain existing client to build long term relationship.
-Monitor and analyze competitors'activities and to plan for competitive and strategic marketing programs to increase market share.
-Drive personal ambition to succeed in developing the team member to achieve the sales target in accordance with the organization goals.
-Develop/Generating new business.
Job Requirements:
-Degree holder in Marketing/Business Studies or related disciplines.
-Minimum 8 years experience in business development/sales related fields,with 6 years in managerial level.
-Good understanding of the freight forwarding industry.Experience in logistic industry is desirable.
-Able to formulate,implement&monitor independently all sales activities.
-Pleasant personality,innovative and creative mind.
-Good project management skill and work well under pressure.
-High proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese,in writing sales and marketing proposals,and excellent in presentation.
-Proficiency in MS Office.
