职位描述:
Responsibilities:
1.Administer freight lifting and inventory receiving(HK Hub)with freight Partners
2.Close coordination with Buyer/Purchaser/Planner on inventory demand for delivery execution
3.Plan and organize inbound freight deliveries meeting for supply chain demands
4.Administer outbound freight and monitor the delivery status to ensure reaching customer as schedule
5.Co-ordinate with Program and Customs team for the long term shipping plan.
6.Prepare shipping documentation in compliance with China Customs Regulations
7.To smoothen daily operation and tighten communication with other departments/forwarding partners
Requirements:
1.International Trade knowledge-Incoterms,Shipping Documents,etc
2.Sound knowledge in import and export procedure
3.Good knowledge in China Customs Regulations
4.Skillful in MS office applications
5.Good command of English 6.Strong interpersonal and communication skills
