职位描述:

Key Accountabilities主要职责:
1.In line with the company sales strategy plans,develop and maintain effective sales channel,achieve sales budget and receive the account payment.根据公司的销售策略,开发并维护高效的分销渠道,达到销售目标并收回款项。
2.To assist our distributors to talk with customers and provide support to distributors 帮助分销商和顾客洽谈,为分销商提供支持。
3.To collect,evaluate and track the market information,give proposals and suggestions.搜集、评估、跟踪市场信息,提出相关建议。
4.Responsible for the small-size projects in Wuhan area(including facade for civil private owner),establish long-term relationship with HDC and PDC负责武汉地区的小型工程项目(包括民居外墙),同家装及工装公司建立长期的合作关系

Qualification Requirements任职要求:
*Typical Education Level教育背景:
college degree,major in civil engineering,materials,construction structure or relevant

*Relevant experience,knowledge and skills相关经验技能:
Has site experience,be able to introduce our company and products directly on job-site,Successful experience in sales of at least 2 years in building/construction materials.Has experience in the development,management and cooperation with distributors’resource of home decoration company preferable.

*Abilities,personal characteristics and competencies能力、个性特点和素质:
Good interpersonal skills,sales skills,communication skills,negotiation and presentation skills.Team spirit.Live in Wuhan with transportation vehicle,25-30 years old
