职位描述:
Goal of position:
Operational handling of all procurement related issues in the I&C field
Cooperate with engineering, expediting, quality to resolve upcoming operational issues
Identification and selection of suppliers, improve quality of suppliers
Tasks:
1) Experience with the procurement of Instruments and Control Units including ability to evaluate offers and to issue orders
2) Support market-research and reporting (supplier development and strategy, technologies, competitors)
3) Monitoring supplier quality, delivery, and conformance to requirements
4) Support supplier qualification, development and supplier performance improvement
5) Support in diverse internal teams from procurement side with the purpose to standardize and to localize
6) Active contribution to the process optimization
Qualifications:
1). Background
Electrical background
2). Knowledge/Experience
2~3 years experience in procurement of in the I&C field, Knowledge market and the suppliers
Reading and comprehension of bills of material, drawings specs and/or other technical as well as commercial documents
Knowledge of contract conditions, as well as framework contracts
Knowledge with import/export procedures, esp. With inspection quarantine bureau favorable
Knowledge of the ERP systems (SAP preferred), especially with logistics, material management, and purchases
Proactive problem solving, self-driven personality
3). Languages
English fluent spoken and in writing, German favorable
