DETAIL DESCRIPTION
- Follow up orders with vendors, customers, and internal parties to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery. This includes handling customers’ enquiries, arrange sample submission to customers for approval, communicate customers’ requirement to factories, monitor production status and resolve conflict between buyer and factories.
- Maintain strong business relationships with vendors for product development and production including evaluating vendor’s performance and capability
- Assist in the Product Development process to ensure that products meet customers’ quality and budget requirements including sourcing new vendors, and advice on design/ samples to meet customers’ requirement
- Perform other duties as assigned by Management


REQUIREMENTS
- Specialising in cut & sew knit, true knit, sleepwear and swimwear knowledge and experience.
- Good command of verbal and written English is a must
- Tertiary education
- Min. 5 years experience in MN garment trading company
- Ability to communicate and interact with people at various levels
- Detailed-oriented, organized and possess strong problem solving skills, possesses strong desire to learn and excel
