Build up sourcing strategy and high performance sourcing team.
Search and maintain the supplier panel for all the direct commodities:lead sourcing, evaluation, selection, negotiation, contractual activities.
Negotiate and implement the structure contract with main suppliers.
Ensure consistency and control over the supplier management process applicable for suppliers of components and outsourced manufacturing
process: sourcing, evaluation, qualification, approval, negotiation,contractual, re-evaluation, supplier internal survey and development,
build and maintain strong suppliers base.
Develop and promote supplier Cost Down activities.
Partner with Engineering and SQE for on-site auditing
In charge of IPO and sourcing community for Rotating Machines in APAC
Education
University Degree Bachelor Mechanical or related discipline
Experience and Skills
10 years experience at least 5/7 years Sourcing Manager with International
exposure
Previous experience to be related to high-tech mechanical components for heavy
industry(motor, machines or wind energy)
Strong in sourcing strategy and negotiation
Fluent in English
Personal integrity and professional track records in the field considered.
Strong leadership and able to handle pressure and urgent tasks
