职位描述:
基本职能
1）按照公司规定的采购流程进行采购操作；
2）跟踪工厂生产产品时的产品质量，发现问题及时与供应商沟通产品缺陷和纠正措施
3）拜访工厂进行验货，根据检验的情况撰写质检报告并进行更新直到完全出货
4）处理客户投诉
5）定期进行市场调研，开拓渠道，进行供应商评估
资格和要求
1）熟悉合同制定过程和了解相关常识
2）具备良好的沟通能力、谈判能力和成本意识
3）具有良好的英文应用能力，熟练操作计算机，懂ERP系统操作更佳
4）有良好的职业道德和敬业精神
5）具备优秀的问题分析及处理能力
6）能适应经常国内出差
7）有机械背景知识者或外资企业采购工作经历者优先考虑
Essential Job Functions
Understand the customer’s requests for each order.
Communicate with supplier for customers’ product quality requirements.
Analyze the buying market of raw materials and accessories.
Negotiate the price， production process， delivery time and payment terms with supplier.
Undertake and fulfill purchasing tasks according to the requirements of the sales dept.
Conduct the first article sample inspection and fill out in ERP.
Draft the purchasing contract based on confirmed price， production schedule， quality requirements and payment terms.
Supervise the production process to ensure the delivery lead time.
Add and update。
Add and update the data， analyze the causes of delivery delay / predate.
Confirm the final completion date with suppliers and update the QC time and place on ‘Current Assignments’ in ERP.
Update information on。
Responsible for documentation of purchasing department.
Submit the improvement proposal for company or other departments to purchasing manager by Friday.
Sustain a cooperative relationship with suppliers.
Support purchasing manager’s job.
