职位描述:
Responsibility（职责）
1、和工厂一起跟进订单从打样到大批量生产的全过程。
Handle orders processing from development to bulk production together with factories.
2、处理样品及产品开发的相关事宜。
Handle samples and product development.
3、跟进生产状况，保证迅速交货。
Keep track of the production status to ensure prompt delivery.
4、与香港及美国的办公室保持日常沟通和开例会。
Communicate＆regular conference with Hong Kong＆US offices.
5、必需经常在广东省出差并来往广东和香港两地。
Frequent travels in Guangdong province and between Hongkong and Guangdong is necessary.
Skills and Qualifications Requires（需具备的技能和条件）
1、大专学历，有商业/贸易领域背景尤佳。
College diploma holder，preferably in Business/Trading field.
2、3年以上糖果点心类产品跟单经验。
More than 3 years confectionery merchandising experience.
3、3年的贸易/制造业公司工作背景。
3 years experience in trading/manufacturing company is required.
4、熟悉糖果点心类产品的开发协调工作。
Familiar with product development coordination in confectionery industry.
5、有美国的相关检测要求的知识。
Knowledge of US testing requirements.
6、能够管理出货时间的准确性。
Must be able to manage project timelines.
7、必须要有优秀的英语和普通话的沟通能力。
Good communication in English and conversational Putonghua is a must.
8、能以广东话沟通尤佳。
Good Cantonese will be an advantage.
9、良好的沟通和谈判技巧。
Good communication and negotiation skills.
10、精通微软的应用程序，如：Word，Excel.
Proficiency in MS applications，e.g.Word，Excel.
11、有上进心、勤奋、积极处事态度及关注细节。
Positive，Energetic，dynamics，self-motivated and attention to details.
